How do I place an order?
First choose your favorite Sea'Sun swimming shorts in the right size and add them to the shopping cart. Then go to the shopping basket and check your order, if you click the 'proceed to checkout' button you will go to the next step where you can fill in your address details and choose a shipping method and payment method. The payment methods and shipping options vary by country.
Can I change or cancel an order afterwards?
If the order has not been shipped yet, it is possible to change or cancel the order by sending an email or contacting us at support@seasun.com or on the "Contact Us" page. We can not guarantee that we are able to see the mail in time. Therefore it is best to check the order extra carefully before placing it.
How much is shipping and what is the delivery time?
We offer free shipping to anywhere in the world.
Below is an overview of the delivery times. Once an order is placed with us we will ship it the same day or the day after. Currently there may be delays due to Covid-19 at the shipping companies but we will do everything we can to get it to you as soon as possible.

How do I follow my order?
Once you have placed the order you will receive a confirmation in the mail, it may be that it ends up in your spam box. When the order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking information to follow the package. It can take a few working days before the tracking information is updated by the shipping company.
Can I exchange or return an item?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 14 days for an exchange or a refund. You can create your return using the link below.
You can specify here exactly the details of your return. A refund in store, money back, or a different product and the reason why you're returning your Sea'sun product(s). We have free shipping but do not have free returns. That means you have to buy a shipping label at your local post office for the return.
To be eligible for reimbursement, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when you received it. Make sure the item is in its original, undamaged polybag, with the tag still attached. Please also make sure that the package is properly closed.
How are refunds processed?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 14 days after we receive the item.
We do not cover returning costs and possible customs clearance costs will be deducted from the return amount.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be given: (if applicable)
- Swimming trunks or t-shirts with clear signs of use
- Items have been in contact with water
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not caused by our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
How do Sea'Sun swim shorts work?
Sea’sun swimwear responds to temperature changes. So, these color changing swim trunks need warmth and cold to show what they can do. When you’re wearing these swim trunks, they’re (usually) warm due to your body heat and the warmth of the sun. To make your Sea’sons swim shorts change color, get cool! That means splash, jump or dive into the water and watch what happens.
Will the color changing effect fade over time?
It completely depends on how you use the product. With increased exposure to UV light from the sun, the color change effect can diminish over time. There may come a time when the swimshorts no longer change color. We can’t tell you precisely when the color-changing effect will stop; it depends on how often you use them and on the intensity of UV radiation. Based on average use, we expect that the effect will last through a full season of summer fun.
Even once they stop changing color, we can assure you that your Sea’sun official swim trunks will still be extremely comfortable. The swim suit will then remain one solid color that’sjust slightly darker than the warmest color.
2 tips to keep your Sea’Sun swimwear looking its best:
- If you only wear your colorchanging shorts in indoor swimming pools without exposure to UV light their color changing ability will probably last a lifetime.
- Don’t hang the swim shorts out to dry in direct sunlight (UV-Light). This degrades the color changing properties.
Do the swim shorts always work?
Yes, through extensive research, we’ve successfully developed a product that changes color anywhere in world.
Which size would fit me best?
Just go to a product and look at the photos. The third product photo is a size guide. For example if you wear a size M and aren't sure between M and L we suggest you pick the size L.

Are the import taxes, customs or extra duties?
Unfortunately it can happen that there are import costs involved in rare occasions. Unfortunately we do not know in advance and can not guarantee that this will not happen. We are not liable for these costs.
